- What do I own?
- Your domain name, your business name, your photos and your words are yours the whole way through, on either plan. On the monthly plan we own and host the site itself, and that is exactly why the build is £495 and not a few thousand.
- What happens if I cancel?
- The site comes down and we help you move your domain wherever you want it. No exit fee, no fuss, no holding your business to ransom.
- Why is it not the same as the one-off price?
- Because the £495 is closer to a deposit than the full cost of the build. The first few months of your £99 finish paying for the site, and after that it covers hosting, security, speed and changes. The monthly is not an instalment plan on a purchase, it is what keeps the site fast, safe and current. Buying outright means paying for the build in one go and then arranging all of that yourself.
- Can I spread the £495?
- Yes. Ask before we start and we split it across your first three months at £165 a month, so £264 a month for three months, then £99 a month after that. Spreading it costs you no more than paying it at once, and it does not change when we start or when the site goes live. If you cancel inside your first two months the money-back promise covers you in full and the rest is cancelled. After that, anything still owed on the build is due, because the work is already done.
- What if the form breaks and I never find out?
- Every enquiry is saved the moment it arrives, before anything is sent anywhere, so nothing depends on an email getting through to you. If a message to you fails, we see it and chase it. You can give us a second number or address to copy in as well.
- Will the automatic reply sound like a robot?
- It is a short message in your own words, written with you when we build the site, saying you have got their enquiry and when you will ring them. It is not a chatbot and it does not pretend to be you. The point is simply that nobody is left wondering whether their message arrived.
- Do the instant replies still work if I buy the site outright?
- The site does, all of it. The instant replies run on a system we host, so they come as part of the monthly plan. If you buy outright and want them too, we set them up on an account in your name when we hand over, and that account is then yours to keep and to pay for.
- Who pays for the domain?
- If you already have one, we use it as it is and there is no charge. If you need a new one, we buy it at cost and pass it straight through, with no mark-up, registered in your name.

- Will this get me to the top of Google?
- Nobody can promise that, and anyone who does is guessing. What we can do is make sure your website is not the reason you are being passed over, which is the part that is actually in our hands.
- Is this SEO?
- Not really, and it is narrower than that. SEO usually means paying someone every month to push you up the list. This is about the people searching near you: a website built so Google, and AI like ChatGPT, are clear about what you do and the area you cover. That clarity helps, but we do not sell positions and we do not promise them.
- I already have a website. Do I need a new one?
- Sometimes we can fix what you have. Sometimes propping up a tired site costs more than replacing it. We will look and tell you honestly which one you are dealing with, even when the answer is that you do not need us.
- Someone quoted me £2,000 for a website. Why is yours £495?
- Because we are not starting from a blank page every time. We build the same way for every business, which makes it quick, and quick means cheap. The £495 is closer to a deposit than the full cost of building the site: the first few months of your £99 finish covering that, and after that the £99 is paying for hosting, security, speed and the changes you ask for. A one off quote usually leaves all of that for you to sort out separately.
- Am I tied in?
- No. There is no minimum term and no contract. Cancel any time with 30 days notice. And if you decide in the first two months that it is not for you, we refund every penny you have paid us, the £495 build included. It is unconditional: no reason needed and nothing to prove.
- Do I have to buy anything else from you?
- No. The website is sold on its own and works on its own. We do other things for local businesses, and you are welcome to ignore all of them.
- How many pages will I get?
- As many as your Google profile needs, which is why the one-off price starts from rather than lands on a number. A plumber with thirty jobs listed gets a bigger site than a business with six. We tell you the number before you commit.
